Introduction
Radishes are usually served raw and in salads, but they make a wonderful cooked vegetable. Young radish tops are a nice addition to a salad and can also be steamed as a green.
Ingredients
20 whole (washed and trimmed) medium sized radishes, any variety. I like to mix several varieties
2 Tbsp extra_virgin_olive_oil plus extra for serving
Sea_salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tsps fresh lemon juice
Directions
Step: 1In a shallow skillet, heat the 2 Tbsps olive oil to medium high. Add the radishes and toss or stir constantly to prevent them from browning, for five minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add a little of the olive oil and the lemon juice, tossing to coat well.Move the radishes and juices  to a warm serving bowl.
