Jamaican Avocados

Introduction
A perfect summer appetizer. 
After, serve a good grilled fish  and you made a complete meal.
Ingredients
2 big avocados
4 oz crab meat
8 oz raw shrimp , without heads, tail meat only)
4 crimini_mushrooms
1 Tbsp yellow_mustard
2 Tbsp cream
1 cup mayo
1 dash Tabasco_sauce
1 bundle of parsley or coriander
Sea_salt and white_pepper
Directions
Step: 1Halve the avocados lengthwise. remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon, trying not to break it much. You will need to dice the pulp later.
The shell of avocados will be our serving bowl.
Boil shrimp in salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Carefully wash and scrub mushrooms. Finely slice heads, discard the stem.
Dice crab meat and  cut  shrimp tails in half.
Put crab meat , shrimp, mushrooms, diced pulp of the avocados in a large bowl and gently toss.
Step: 2In another bowl  mix together  mustard, cream, and a couple tablespoon mayo. When they are fully combined, add a dash of tabasco, and remaining mayo, until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Step: 3Pour the sauce over the other ingredients and  gently toss until everything in coated with the sauce.
Place the mixture into the avocados shells .
Store in the refrigerator for an hour, and garnish with parsley leaves before serving.
