Introduction
This is really filling and good. The flavours go really well together.
Ingredients

1 Bagel, Split Open
Butter for Spreading
1 Avocado , peeled and diced
1/4 Cup Chopped Cucumber
1/3 Cup Rocket
1 Tbsp Cooked Mixed Beans

Directions
Step: 1Butter the 2 halves of the bagel.
Step: 2Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread over one half of the bagel.
Step: 3Top with the second half of bagel and serve on a chilled plate.
