Introduction
This is really bright, great for a summers day, maybe for after a bbq.
Ingredients
2 Satsuma’s, Peeled and Segmented
1 Handful of Washed White Grapes
1 Handful of Washed Black Grapes
5 Strawberries, Washed, Topped and Sliced
2 Plums, Washed and Chopped
Directions
Step: 1Mix all ingredients into a bowl and serve.

I would dissolve 1 tsp sugar into juice of half lemon and add it to the salad; this will prevent oxidation of the fruit.
Also I'd add an half, ripe banana sliced.
