Introduction
	This is made from all left over ingredients and tastes great. It's pretty rich, but goes well with spaghetti.
Ingredients
	2 Tomatoes 1/2 Teaspoons soy sauce 3 Rounded tablespoons tomato paste 1 Cup good red wine 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Directions
Step: 1	Chop tomatoes and add to the pan with the other ingredients. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
