Sauted Spinach with Parmesan

Introduction
Sauteing produces a bright green results and a wonderful savory flavor to fresh spinach.
Ingredients

3/4 lb (approx) fresh spinach leaves
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp sea_salt
Parmesan for grating

Directions
Step: 1

Throughly wash the spinach leaves and place on paper toweling to dry. In a wide skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until spinach begins to wilt, stirring often.

Step: 2When spinach is wilted but still bright green, springke with the salt, stir and move to a warm serving bowl or small platter. Grate parmesan over the dish and serve.
