New Potatoes With Gorgonzola

Introduction
This is a great side dish , but not for the  diet concious due to the butter and cheese. Go ahead and splurge!
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs new potatoes
1/2 lb authentic italian gorgonzola (check for the DOP label)
1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp coarse sea salt
Directions
Step: 1Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes
Drain and set aside.
Italians are picky so we peel potatoes when they are done.
Step: 2Dice gorgonzola into small pieces.
Melt butter in a large skillet, and when it starts to brown, add the gorgonzola cheese.
Turn heat off and stir constantly, until the cheese has melt.
Put potatoes in the skillet and stir until they are perfectly coated.
Serve.
