This makes a quick Thanksgiving dessert. | | Ingredients | | 1 cup Bisquick baking mix 1/2 cup granulated_sugar 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 15 oz can pumpkin 1 12 oz can evaporated milk | | Directions | | Step: 1 | This pumpkin pie makes its own crust. Heat oven to 350° and grease a 10-inch pie plate. Combine baking mix, sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, eggs, pumpkin , and evaporated milk. in a blender container. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds. | | Step: 2 | Pour into the prepared pie plate. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping. Refrigerate remaining pie. |
