Introduction
Tuna salad sandwiches have always been a favorite lunch item in my family. On a hot day, a scoop of tuna salad nestled in some baby salad greens makes a great light dinner.

Then there's the tuna melt........
Ingredients
1 6oz can water packed chunk tuna
2 hard boiled eggs
About 4 tablespoons each, diced red_onion and celery
About 2 tablespoons diced dill or sweet pickles, or pickle relish if you prefer.
1/4 cup mayonnaise or to your preference
Directions
Step: 1Drain tuna well. Peel and chop the eggs.
In a mixing bowl add the egg, vegetables, pickle and tuna.

Add  the mayo and mix well. I like to add toasted chopped pecans to my tuna salad. It adds  flavor and nutrition.
