Introduction
Tuna salad sandwiches have always been a favorite lunch item in my family. On a hot day, a scoop of tuna salad nestled in some baby salad greens makes a great light dinner.

Then there's the tuna melt........
Ingredients
1 6oz can water packed chunk tuna
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup each, diced red onion ,celery , dill pickle or sweet
pickle relish if you prefer.
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions
Step: 1Drain tuna well. Peel and chop the eggs.
In a mixing bowl add the egg, vegetables, pickle and tuna.

Add a the mayo and mix well. I like to add toasted chopped pecans to my tuna salad. It adds  flavor and nutrition.
