Introduction
	I've never had the strawberry butter at Neiman Marcus, so I hope my own method suits your taste. It's great slathered over warm croissants or scones.
Ingredients
	1cup (2 sticks) soft butter 1/4 cup good quality strawberry preserves 1 Tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
Step: 1	In a mixing bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar if using with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in the preserves and mix well with mixer.
Step: 2	With a spatula, scoop the butter into an attractive container and chill until ready to use.
