Introduction
	Today my daughter and I attended a birthday party for Erica's friend Ali. Ali's Mom Nancy made this dish that she said is Ali's favorite. Nancy called it BBQ Chicken. It was so good, I put it on a burger bun instead of a hamburger. When I asked Nancy for the recipe to post here she laughed . This absolutely qualifies as an easy meal. Served on buns with coleslaw and corn on the cob..yum.
Ingredients
	4 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle Kraft Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Step: 1	Place chicken breasts in a skillet (add a little water if frozen) and cook over medium high heat until juices run clear.. Pour sauce over chicken , turn heat to a simmer and cook 30 minutes. With two forks, shred the chicken and continue cooking until desired consistency.
