These have 120 calories per 80g serving, with 0.9g saturated fat and trace of sodium.
I cooked these in a jug of water in the microwave for about 3 minutes. They didn't seem to have much flavour, and reminded me of broad beans. If you over cook these, they will fall apart, so I really wouldn't boil them for more than 3 minutes or so. There's not really much to say about these, I would buy them again, but I would make sure I cooked them in something, like a casserole or another dish with a lot of flavour, as they can be quite boring on their own. Kate suggested adding some salt to make the beans less bland. I don’t usually add salt to food, but I do think it definitely needs something to add more flavour.
These were £1.00 per 480g bag in the freezer section at Tesco, on offer temporarily from £1.99.
