Kate sent this over for me and my daughter, as I always thought American Pudding mixes were the same as British Instant Whip or Angel Delight. I was very wrong! This is totally different, and you can eat it hot!! This was really sweet, and very vanilla-y, great as a hot snack / dessert in the cold weather. If you allow it to cool, it's really refreshing and tasty for when you're looking for something to keep you cool. It has a texture like custard but is more creamy. Yum! Thanks Kate :-)
